Can organizations truly change without trust?
In one of the defining moments of my leadership journey, I had an enlightening interaction with a newly hired employee. She came from a stricter work environment, and her fear of making mistakes was evident. I explained that our culture embraces mistakes as learning opportunities, which reassured her. This trust in the work environment promotes well-being, efficiency, and innovation, and it enhances the overall health of employees. It also influences decision-making, bureaucracy, and business relationships, making it indispensable in the business world.
