Erik is an inspiring manager always focussed and calm. Taking a team step by step and at the right pace to the next level is extremely valuable going through change in a fast changing IT landscape. Going through change, building and supporting a long-term vision with true passion for IT and creating the right circumstances is truly the highest value for any experienced manager.

Erik has been a key strategic asset for Azlan. During these years he has been: a key project driver for me upgrading and developing Azlan, the right hand man to progress fire drills, or the paratrooper to jump into fires. He has the unique talent to grasp a situation, connect to the stakeholders, define and go after immediate actions required fast - but also drive a methodical and thorough engagement process driving sustainable improvement and progress.

Erik is a fantastic leader and sales manager. He is very good at building teams and inspiring them to achieve their goals. He has a fantastic breadth of knowledge across sales and operations and across small and large companies and teams. Always calm and focussed, he is able to build a GTM plan, structure a team in the right way and drive the team to execute that plan. He is great at driving the team hard, but at the same time building a real team spirit and maintaining a human touch.

No time to waste, when Erik took this Interim Role, he immediately started to dive in the work. He is very pragmatic and has a strong Hands On Approach. He has a strong capability to assess a situation and analyse it. On top, no worry, he shows up with Solutions to get things solved.
